Bad experience I purchased a vehicle at the dealership and had it financed there and paid off the loan within 30 days. I discovered through all the paperwork that t I purchased a vehicle at the dealership and had it financed there and paid off the loan within 30 days. I discovered through all the paperwork that there was an extended vehicle protection plan that was for 24 months and costed $2780. I went back to the dealership to cancel the protection and to get a refund and the GM refused and stated there is no cancellation policy. On the contract of the policy there is a cancellation policy and he refuses to honor it. It has been a horrible experience. More

Easiest car buying experience ever, excellent dealership! We were in the market for a new car but weren't sure what we wanted; an SUV, a sedan or something else. Jeff, the salesman, did his up-front homework We were in the market for a new car but weren't sure what we wanted; an SUV, a sedan or something else. Jeff, the salesman, did his up-front homework and had close to a dozen vehicles earmarked for us to look at when we arrived. Jeff accommodated us with test drives of several different vehicles. Jeff had amazing knowledge about all of the vehicles, he is a wealth of information about cars and their specifications. We selected a car and then sat down for the typically dreadful purchase negotiations. We were pleasantly surprised with the no-pressure approach that Jeff, Albert, the Finance Manager, and Steve, the Sales Manager, took with us. I am typically a skeptic when it comes to buying anything, even more so when it is a major purchase such as a vehicle. I must say that purchasing a car from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers dispelled much of my skepticism about the used car industry; I believe they care about the customer and were very intent upon making sure my wife and I were taken care of at every step of the process. I would not only recommend Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers to a friend, I'd recommend them to all of my friends and family. They are great, AAA++ in my book. Jeff, Albert, Steve and Dan were all excellent, a big "Thank You" to all of them. I rarely rate any experience with 5 stars across the board but I am happy to do that for Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers and their great staff. I will surely buy from them again in the future. More

No waiting for hours and going back and forth, just straight up business. Rocky, the owner, has treated us amazing!!! He truly stands behind the reputation of his business!!! Happy Camper! After hunting trucks all day and not finding anything in my budget, I decided to give Rocky Mountain a try on my way back to castle rock. When I stopped, they had a really great stock of 4 door trucks similar to what I was trying to get into. When I found the one, it was just what we wanted. Darren helped me pick it out, went through my expectations and budget, and was able to meet my budget working with his finance manager. When I left with the truck I noticed the tires were out of balance, they had also just put new brakes put on it. I got home and my brakes smelled and were sticking. Rocky mountain had me take it to Midas to have it thoroughly checked out. They balanced the tires, checked every thing out and it runs great (No cost to me). The calliper was just sticking. It is a 2013 Silverado so I wasn't expecting brand new, but its pretty close to it now. Its just broke in really, its like new inside and out. And Rocky mountain auto made it happen for us. Darren is a great salesman, he is willing to get outside his comfort zone to put the customer first and work with you. I highly recommend Buying a new certified vehicle from Rocky Mountain, and Darren. He's a rock star! Rich was also very good to work with. No hassle, and down to business. he had me in and out in a hurry. It was great. Thanks RMAB! More
