I have brought my Audi in 4-5 time for the same issues and everytime I get it back the issue is still there. Used to trust the service. I purchased maintenance and detail package online but the service department didn't recognize it. The access panel underneath the car wasn't secured I purchased maintenance and detail package online but the service department didn't recognize it. The access panel underneath the car wasn't secured and I had to stop at a dealer to have it repaired while on a road trip to Washington. When I returned to finally get a receipt for the work, the sec Mgr just said OK many times even after I showed the old panel. No explanation, no apologies no attempt to win me back.
