Horrible experience HORRIFIC experience that is still haunting us. DO NOT go near this place. We bought a car here about a month ago, our salesperson Jeff was actually HORRIFIC experience that is still haunting us. DO NOT go near this place. We bought a car here about a month ago, our salesperson Jeff was actually decent and not the aggressive car dealer you'd imagine, that was still to come. After we found the vehicle we wanted we were very clear on the amount we were willing to spend and that was not up for negotiation. After literally hours of going around and around, Jeff finally gave up and was going to let us leave but had to have his 'manager' come in to give it one last shot. Imagine the typical sleazy used car dealer from any bad 80's movie and it doesn't even come close. This man was abusive, a bully, and spewed so much garbage he didn't even make sense. We were held hostage until we finally had to just walk out while he was in mid rant. Once we escaped we asked ourselves if that had really just happened because it was such a nightmare. After a couple of days, Jeff called and said he could give us the price we wanted after all and apologized for the rabid dog that badgered us. We accepted the offer under the condition we would not have to deal with anyone but Jeff. All went relatively well until it was time to sign the finance paperwork, when surprise, surprise there was an additional $700 dollars added in. The finance person was unable to explain this phantom addition and of course Jeff had left by this time. Frustrated, defeated and completely exhausted we decided to just accept it so we could get out of there and put the entire experience behind us. Fast forward one month later and this dealership is still managing to pour salt on the wound. Our 'new' car, with 30k miles, needs new tires. The tires on the vehicle are supposed to last up to 70k miles. How does that add up? Obviously just another slick trick by this joke of a business. What's sad is we're actually not surprised. More

Why Did I Trust These People??? My husband and I bought a car from them. We live in Washington. They are in Colorado. To speed the process up, Mandy told us that we needed to fill out a preliminary financial application. So we did. My husband flew out to Colorado, and they made him wait a long time! Finally, after a long flight there, and waiting forever, he is told that their finance guy hadn't even started on the paper work! Are you kidding me? My husband took pictures of the vehicle. He paid to have it shipped to us, in Washington. He went to Colorado alone. I stayed home. Mandy told me that this car is " perfect, not a scratch!" When we finally got the car, a week later than she told me, it was damaged! The back bumper had a big scratch, and the front bumper was being held in place by a zip tie! We were upset, to say the least! My Mercedes needs about five thousand dollars to make it look right. Mandy had promised me that it will all turn out "great"! So...I called them to tell them about the damage. Even showed them the before and after pictures. They denied that they were at fault. They told me the transport people must have done it. So...I contacted them. The guy who drove my car over to me, cross country, was a true professional! Also, very sweet. His company sent me a check to cover damage. ( I still don't think they did it). The check they sent re-newed my faith in businesses. So...then, the temporary tabs. Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers forgot to put them in my car! So, I couldn't drive it. They finally sent them by overnight mail. ( Another hassle). I need new tires on the car! $1,400..or so! The light that says a "B" service just came on, also! They got an oil change for my luxury car at Midas. So...the "B" service will run me about $2,000 plus, at a Mercedes dealership. The financial stuff all had to be re-done and sent to us, after my husband got home! So...why did he got out there in the first place? The airfare, car rental, two days off work were expensive!!! I don't appreciate all the untrue things that Mandy told me. I feel that this was very stressful to go through! My husband and I deserved to be treated far better, and we feel taken advantage of!!! This is our 5th previously owned Mercedes Benz. In the future, we'll buy a "Certified Previously Owned" one. More
