I came in with not so great credit, and desperate for a vehicle as mine broke down and Im expecting my first child in just 6 wee Neiman was excellent! I wasnt able to get financed on my first visit, so I came back a couple weeks later with more money down. Neiman had researched the perfect vehicle to get me into. He helped me get approved, and get the monthly payment to where I could afford. He was friendly, honest and an all around a pleasure to work with! I'm so relieved to have a vehicle. and one I can rely on for my family. Thank you so much Neiman and Rocky Mountian Auto! Good luck in med school :) More

Do not trust this dealership!!! We had the unfortunate ordeal of buying a car from this dealership and it was a terrible experience. First they gave us a great "price" on the car we We had the unfortunate ordeal of buying a car from this dealership and it was a terrible experience. First they gave us a great "price" on the car we were interested in which took about 2 or 3 hours to come to an agreement. We were happy with the proposed "out the door" price they offered and though we needed to look at one more car we felt good about our deal which influenced us about looking at the other car. We thought the deal was so good, why consider the other vehicle. When we came back to the dealership, we called before hand to have them prepare the paper work for us, and after another 2 hours plus wait, we finally were able to talk to the finance messenger(not the guy who promised us our deal). It was at this point that we were told that we could only use their financing even though we were explicit that we had our own financing and we wanted to use our own financing. They explained that because of the deal we "had" to use their loan service because of the "deal" that we were getting on this car. That was never told to us until this point but by then we had been there for at least 5 hours and the dollar difference was not a huge deal so whatever. Then when they explained the total cost of the car the difference in price agreed upon to what they were asking was $4000! We were both at a loss at this point, how could the agreed upon out the door price be $4000 more than now, than when we agreed upon it. Turns out that out the door includes the down payment in the price, which is unheard of in negotiations first off. So after some tense moments they agreed to reduce the price $2000 because of the massive mix up to this point 5 hours into the negotiation. Fine we agreed, the deal was ok, still 2k more than we agreed upon but by now it is almost 8 in the evening so it was time to make the deal. After a clarification of a now $600 difference on the final bill of sale, the manager explained that they would be sending us a check for that amount to make the price of the final cost closer to our agreed upon price. Mind you we are still 2k over the agreed upon price from the initial negotiation. So the deal is done, the check will be in the mail in a few days when the deal is funded. Fast forward a few days and I get a call about said check, it is going to be less than promised because of a clerical error on their side about a payoff amount for the vehicle that we traded in. I call to see why they are now not going to pay us the amount they promised us to which they replied that an error was made and there is nothing they can do. After an angry agreement this I emailed the manager Rocky about the situation twice. No reply to either email. This whole experience was not only time consuming but deceitful in every facet of our deal. We agreed on a price, that was disregarded and we were charged a price 2k more, we explained that we had our own financing and they did not allow us to use them because of this great "deal" we were getting and to put the whole thing over the top, they promised a check to be sent days later and were unable to give us the agreed amount due to an error on their side from their financial department. Its disgusting that their business is run this way and that their general manager Rocky has so little respect for his customers to even reply to an email. What a terrible experience, I will never go back to Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. More
