Best car buying experience of my life. Really. We had to replace our BMW that somebody totalled for us by being on his cell phone. We drove 75 miles from conifer to see the car. We were nervous because of the experiences we had had at other dealers. We worked with Matt as our salesperson, and I cannot say enough good things about him. Not only did he have all of the answers to all of my questions (and I had many, as I researched the vehicle and am a pretty picky guy). He worked worked with us on our budget and many other small, yet significant things. He even offered to deliver the car to our home after he took it upon himself to set up an apointment at a dealer to get the recall airbag replaced. Then there was Marie, the manager. Wow! She listened to our concerns about the car and pricing and budgets, and we were able to reach a happy middle ground that was fair to each of us. Then to top it al off, like a cherry on the cake, the owner offered to have the carpet in the vehicle re-colored AT HIS COST!!! Would highly recommend these folks to anyone who is looking for a great vehicle at a great price, with customer service that I have not experienced for many many years. More

Mini van upgrade Matt sold us our new Toyota Sienna in Feb 2018. We were on a tight schedule on our way back home 2 plus hours away. Matt worked with us on our Rav 4 t Matt sold us our new Toyota Sienna in Feb 2018. We were on a tight schedule on our way back home 2 plus hours away. Matt worked with us on our Rav 4 trade-in and all of the support staff worked hard to process our trade-in and paperwork for new van as quickly as possible. Van needed detailing/inspection so Matt offered to deliver later in the week and management assisted with a suitable loaner to get us on our home. After timely delivery, I noticed a dent in the hood which I do not believe was there at the time of purchase. Matt was an excellent communicator over the course of the next few weeks along with Jason, then Aaron. They promised to take care of the issue and did so once I was able to get the vehicle dropped off. Distance and weather complicated things a bit but we got around those issues. I will be picking the car up and trust that the work has been done to my satisfaction. A big thanks to all the staff at Rocky Mountain Auto and I sincerely appreciate you standing by your vehicle and ensuring customer satisfaction. More

Buyer beware!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would without any hesitation! I’ve had car buying experiences that went well and this wa BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would without any hesitation! I’ve had car buying experiences that went well and this wasn’t one of them. The deception and conspiring in this place is ridiculous. I recently bought a vehicle here and from the beginning I was lied to. I asked first to test drive the car. It was at a Midas that was kind of far for it to make any sense why they’d go there, but I drove there to see the car. Once the test drive was over (only lasted a couple minutes. It was snowing hard and pitch black out.) I asked for the repair invoice and their inspection checklist. Of course everything was green besides what was on the invoice. To keep a long story short, I was told I’d get a price for the car having a lot of cosmetic damage, it didn’t show up on the final contract. Once I drove off of the lot and did my own mechanical inspection, it had things completely failing on it that weren’t listed in the inspection from Midas (probably some shady deal they have with each other) and they completely lied about when they sent me paperwork. Then called me while I was in the hospital with my newborn and wife saying I owed them $200 because they hadn’t sent the paperwork for my trade soon enough to my payoff wasn’t enough. Said it wasn’t their fault and I had to pay. I contacted the credit union that I financed through and they said that they paid Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers MORE than Navy Federal needed. When I brought this up I was met with their GM calling whoever I talked to “xxxxxxxx” and to pay up. Things to note: they do not have any return policy. They will try refusing to cancel your warranty plan even if it’s been less than a week. They use good reviews as a price tactic with buyers so all of these 5 star reviews are a complete load, check their yelp. Overall a very bad place to trust with anything let alone your wallet. More
