Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers responded

Sorry the conditions you attached to your offer were not fully accepted by our dealership. Our Sales Manager, T. C. called you twice on Wednesday April the 3d and left you 2 messages to call him back so that he can explain to you that not all your conditions are accepted before you showed up the following day expecting to take delivery of our truck. It is common knowledge that customers have the right to make any offers even if they are unreasonable but a dealership has also the right to accept or not accept their offers. If customers that did not get their way and saw their offers denied by car dealerships and interpreted them as personal rather than business decisions, dealerships throughout the U.S will be faced with millions of bad reviews. However, you gave our finance department 3 stars as if you signed a financial contract with us when in fact you have not even purchased a vehicle from us. It is unfortunate that you made it so difficult for us to say yes to all your conditions that would have led to a big unnecessary loss for our dealership. Otherwise, we would have been very happy to add you to our long list of happy customers over many years of business.
