I bought a 2011 BMW X5 6 months ago and it was in the shop for 3 months. I paid for a 2,000.00 Warranty that did not cover my repairs, I had to pay 3,000.00 out of pocket. They do not work with you in shop for 3 months. I paid for a 2,000.00 Warranty that did not cover my repairs, I had to pay 3,000.00 out of pocket. They do not work with you in the long run and seem very nice in the beginning. ALSO, PLEASE DO NOT let them RIP you off with a 2,000.00 "Security Charge"! Look at that section, it's a 5.00 sticker they slap on your car so that If you car is stolen in the first month they will cover it. As if your insurance wouldn't. The other dealerships laughed at that charge on my agreement. If it was not for Founding Fathers helping me out with the price for fixing my car I would have went back and lost it at Rocky Mountain. I have so much more to say but please don't let them RIP you off, you can contact me if you need some help on making sure they don't screw you over too. More
