Unimpressed Overall, the purchase and finance experience was satisfactory, although unremarkable. I went there because they had the vehicle I was looking for. I was surprised; however, (after the sale) to find it had not undergone any safety or maintenance inspections. The day I drove it home I had to purchase a headlight bulb and new wiper blades. Within one week, the maintenance light on the dash indicated it was due for an oil change. Prior to purchasing, I mentioned the tires were worn, but rather than offering to reduce the price of the vehicle, the dealership said I could come back later and purchase a set at their cost. Fat chance. The only reason I went through with the sale is the vehicle I wanted is in short supply. More
