Jeff was outstanding! I found a car on-line at their lot, I went to look at it, and drove it home about an hr & a half later! I HATE used car lots, etc. but they made it easy & very commentating. Experience Jessica allowed us to take the vehicle home for my husband, who has mobility issues, to try getting in and out. That was very thoughtful and helpful. There were two errors in the paperwork: one missing Power of Attorney for a Motor Vehicle and a $100 shortage for us on the trade in/auction value. After three phone calls and two visits to the dealership we received the Power of Attorney and were offered a coupon for two oil changes instead of the $100 we were owed. We declined the oil changes. The second day we came to see the vehicle Jessica texted to let us know she was running 15 minutes late, she was 45 minutes late. She told us to ask for two other people to assist us. When we arrived and she wasn't there one of those people was on a test drive and they didn't know where the other person was. When we took possession of the vehicle it had not been detailed. Jessica said the "detailing" would only take five minutes. The detailing consisted of removing the windshield stickers and even then the windshield was smeared with glue from one of the stickers. Jessica offered us a voucher to return for a car wash which we declined. For these reasons we can not recommend this dealership. More

Jay really helped me out with finding the right car for my family. He was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs despite balancing such a high workload, 3 other clients at the same time. I couldn't make my scheduled 9am appointment with him and didn't show up until 11. Not a problem. We communicated ahead of time so he managed to fit me in his busy schedule. I came in discussing buying a RAV 4, but ended up changing my mind to a Sienna. No problem. He gave me the information and left me to discuss it over with my wife. Once we decided on what we wanted, Jay worked on the paperwork with me, and was out the door in a very quick turnaround. I think it was an hour and a half once I decided on what I wanted. He was NEVER pushy and was always courteous. He constantly checked in with me giving me updates as needed letting me know what was going on throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Jay to anyone looking to buy! More
