This company’s customer service is atrocious. We have had issues with Rocky Mountain Auto since we purchased our vehicle from them. We purchased a certified used vehicle and made sure to clarify that if a issues with Rocky Mountain Auto since we purchased our vehicle from them. We purchased a certified used vehicle and made sure to clarify that if any work needed to be done on the vehicle while under warranty we would get a loaner vehicle. Rocky Mountain assured us we would receive a loaner vehicle (found out later was a lie). We had a major transmission issue with the vehicle, thus, contacted Rocky Mountain for repairs which fall under the warranty. Rocky Mountain refused to give us a loaner vehicle stating we must get a rental and would be reimbursed when the exact issue was identified. It took 5 days for Rocky Mountain to get our vehicle to a Chevy dealership for the repairs (while we were paying for a rental). After multiple attempts to get reimbursed for the rental vehicle (calls and emails) we have received horrible customer service and (a month later) still have not received any feedback on reimbursement for the rental. When we first purchased the vehicle we had the vehicle for over 2 months and received a call from Rocky Mountain stating they had calculated our taxes incorrectly and we now owe $500.00. We were very suspicious of this considering it had been over 2 months since the purchase of the vehicle. Due to our suspicions we asked to get our trade in vehicle back and give them back the vehicle, we were told this was not an option due to they no longer had our trade in vehicle, thus, we must pay the $500.00 for their mistake in calculations 2 months after the sale. Don’t do business with Rocky Mountain take your business to a dealership that is familiar with customer service and actually wants return customers. More
