Jessica answered and assured me that she would be happy to have us as soon as we could get there. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the extent of welcomeness that I felt as she went above and beyond to make sure she showed us cars that checked all the boxes we required. I appreciated that at no point did she seem pushy or that we were absurd for wanting to test drive no less than six vehicles. Throughout the entire 2+ hour day, Jessica was one of the best salespeople I have ever worked. We had an awesome experience with Matt! We test drove several cars and had our mind on one, but still wanted to keep our options open. They made the process pretty quick and painless. The only downside is that when we took our newly purchased car to the mechanic they said the alignment and balance of the wheels was off and the rotors are warped. Not something we want to deal with, but we also weren't expecting a perfect car. Rocky Mountain also offered to oxidize the car for free! Great people to work with and they were able to get us a price and monthly payment within our budget. More
