The GM wasn't professional enough to call back a customer that had some major concerns about their process. I love the car but I will never do business nor will I ever recommend this dealership. I took my car in, in the spur of the moment for a brake check because I heard a noise and didn’t know if it was a rock stuck or if I needed new brakes. It was without an appointment and they were able to d check because I heard a noise and didn’t know if it was a rock stuck or if I needed new brakes. It was without an appointment and they were able to do whatever it took to replace my brakes and rotors in the time it took to get the parts and put them on. Won’t always be like that but they knew it was important to me to get it done as soon as possible since I use my car for my job. They were very attentive and kept me up on what they were doing. I was in and out in minimal time, and they did an awesome job and I recommend them!!! Thank you all!!! More

Had a bad experience at another dealership and they swooped right in and saved the day. They came recommended from a friend and sure enough they lived up to her word. Day was very helpful! We didn’t see the Tahoe we went there to see, it was “in the shop”. Day brought the one we ended up buying!
