Austin Gleason at Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers took great care of us while purchasing our vehicle. Never overbearing and always trying to go above and beyond. care of us while purchasing our vehicle. Never overbearing and always trying to go above and beyond. More
Warning! Bait and switch a favored sales tactic. Had a deal agreed on with a handshake. But, when I returned later in the day I was told the deal was based on purchasing a different vehicle. My fault not looking at the numbers more carefully, as I thought the number was higher because of the sales fee, but that came separate. This was a hefty price tag to pay for friendliness, and no friendliness can substitute professionalism, which includes standing by promises made and be responsible for things offered or said. Raymond also communicated that all vehicles pass 120 inspection, but the vehicle sold still has questionable items being under investigation. Some of the issues discovered were fixed or at least seem to be fixed, but they should have been fixed before the sale. I bought a used car before and I own it for two years now, and never had issues like I have been dealing with this car More
