My car had been ready for hours and no one called me. I finally called to check on it 3 hours after drop off for an oil change and they told me this fact. Purchased a Volvo in July began having problems in August with it. It was a comfortable atmosphere and Jose was very helpful. Never felt pressured on the sale. I did discover there was impact damage to the right rear panel behind the bumper.
