Definitely an exceptionally positive experience with Keffer and, in particular, with Cliff Madden. Not only a competitive price on the SUV I was looking for (and I'd been actively looking for weeks), bu Keffer and, in particular, with Cliff Madden. Not only a competitive price on the SUV I was looking for (and I'd been actively looking for weeks), but how about Cliff driving the vehicle from Rocky Mount to Raleigh (57 miles one way) so our family mechanic could look it over? (And with no guarantee that we'd choose to make the purchase afterward.) Just in case we did decide to do so, however, he had all the paperwork prepared ahead of time so I didn't even have to drive back to Rocky Mount to complete the sale. I'm obviously more than pleased with the service and attention I received, but even more important to us, we also got a great buy with an unexpected 3-month/3000 mile warranty, providing us with a pretty high level of comfort in buying used. He listened to our concerns and when we were not able to get the original vehicle we looked at to our price range Mr. Cheston was able to get Will to come speak with us about the vehicle we actually purchased. Mr. Will suggested we look at this vechile and he felt it was one we could work with. ( it was actually one we originally liked and didn't think we could work a deal with.)
