timley and effricent did have to wait for 8-9 min.. before someone notice the 2nd time I was still no waited on. Why can’t I schedule my service on a day and drop it off the same day and pick it up the same day that the work is completed!?. Allow people who do not have an appointment to drop off their car to get looked at, “as time is available” to fill in the gaps. I can not afford to be without my vehicle for 4+ days and I do not want to get a rental car every time I’m trying to fix a small issue especially before it becomes a major issue. - please fix this!!
