Service has gone done over the past few years. No diagnostics available, no rides available outside Rockwall when waiting several hours for service to be completed. My car I bought not even a year ago from yall started to overheat. Y’all got someone out to me so quick which I appreciate last Saturday. Then I would be told again someone would call me and I would repeat the process for the whole week. Putting my bills behind because yall weren’t offering customer service. Yall offered me that next Friday a week later a rental why would I need a rental the day before the part comes in to fix my car. Make that make since. I came in for an oil change, they tried to get me to spend $2700 on repairs I don’t need and maintenance I just had done. Crooks. I will never go back there. They are shady. They allowed a buyer to trade in a vehicle that was not in the potential buyers name. The deal was made the buyer left with a brand new challenger. The next day, they came and got the challenger, the foll in the potential buyers name. The deal was made the buyer left with a brand new challenger. The next day, they came and got the challenger, the following day after that, they listed the trade in for sale that once again did not belong to them or the potential buyer. Due to the fact that they had their charger back already... I called and asked about the vehicle. They said it was in a police investigation, and I could not have it back until investigation was over..When the police investigation was over and the young lady was sentenced to 2 years , I called and asked when will be a good time for me to come pick up my vehicle and was told it was so long ago, they had no idea what happened to the vehicle.. I then asked Paul who was then Sales manager now Is general manager. Why would they list my car for sale If it did not belong to them, he said we list all used trade ins. I explained to him that they took a trade in on a car that did not belong to the buyer. And once again, it's so long ago.He has no idea, so basically, if they wouldn't have done illegal activity from the start of the transaction, then no one would have had to lose their vehicle and lose two years of their lives from their family because have you doing bad business?
