I had an issue with my auxiliary battery that Dallas Dodge at 635 would not fix or diagnose (see below). Nothing changed with my jeep, but I brought it to Rockwall Dodge and they actually replaced both Dodge at 635 would not fix or diagnose (see below). Nothing changed with my jeep, but I brought it to Rockwall Dodge and they actually replaced both batteries under warranty. Shout out to Erica for great customer service and handling the whole thing over text message. My bill was $34 for a tire rotation and new batteries in both key fobs! Erica and rockwall dealer are a reason I will go back there even though it’s a bit farther for me. Ask for Erica! She’s not trying to sell you on anything and just wants to get you in and out there as efficiently as possible. Contrast to Dallas Dodge: This was after I left it at Dallas Dodge for an entire week and a half(was out of town). Dallas Dodge was just interested in serve selling me an Interval maintenance package. (was out of town). Dallas Dodge was just interested in selling me an Interval maintenance package when I came in for a specific issue. They actually fired my service advisor while my jeep was there. The service directors were impossible to get a hold of and they told me there was nothing they could do if they could not replicate the issue exactly. Dallas Dodge is a complete waste and I will never go back.. More

Once I made my selection and we agreed on the deal he was able to quickly get me through the process. My vehicle was ready the next day when I planned to come by to pick it up. Besides writing the check, this was a painless process. I would return to Rockwall Dodge for any additional purchases I might consider. More
3rd visit for service and 3rd time there has been an issues. 18th visit took 3 hours for service. Lost my oil cap, had to get one off another jeep at location.
