I had an issue with my auxiliary battery that Dallas Dodge at 635 would not fix or diagnose (see below). Nothing changed with my jeep, but I brought it to Rockwall Dodge and they actually replaced both Dodge at 635 would not fix or diagnose (see below). Shout out to Erica for great customer service and handling the whole thing over text message. My bill was $34 for a tire rotation and new batteries in both key fobs! Erica and rockwall dealer are a reason I will go back there even though it’s a bit farther for me. Ask for Erica! She’s not trying to sell you on anything and just wants to get you in and out there as efficiently as possible. Contrast to Dallas Dodge: This was after I left it at Dallas Dodge for an entire week and a half(was out of town). Dallas Dodge was just interested in serve selling me an Interval maintenance package. (was out of town). The service directors were impossible to get a hold of and they told me there was nothing they could do if they could not replicate the issue exactly.
