This Service Department is the Absolute Worst I have Ever Encountered in My Life. Very Inexperienced Mechanics and Technicians. I brought My 2016 Lifted by 2 inches Jeep Patriot Latitude 4x4 to get a 4 whee Encountered in My Life. Very Inexperienced Mechanics and Technicians. I brought My 2016 Lifted by 2 inches Jeep Patriot Latitude 4x4 to get a 4 wheel alignment after I had replaced every single piece of suspension parts to include new axle shafts for driver and passenger side. The Front and Rear Struts and Shocks are only a year old. They tell me that nothing about My Lift would affect their ability to do the 4 Wheel Alignment. So they take it in and after several hours of waiting they come and tell me they are having a problem with getting it aligned and that it would require a new part on the right rear. They also show me the adjustments on their machine and actually asked if I wanted it aligned more and I told them I wanted it all in the center like I have had it done numerous times before at NTB TIRES in Rockwall. They said no problem and I tell them to go ahead to replace the rear link. I wait several more hours before they come to tell me that they don't have the replacement part. I said OK just get it aligned and get it back to me. Well another couple of hours before they come to tell me that there is a problem and it has a lot of noise. I said I wanted to see it and drive it. Well after I go for a drive it is definitely worse than when I brought it to them. It drove terrible, it had no suspension provided by the front Struts and had severe noise coming from right rear passenger side. I told them this was worst than now than when I brought it to them. The shop foreman tried to tell me it was caused by My lift and that they would have to replace all of my newly installed parts and replace them with factory parts to fix the problem. I told them they were crazy because I have had My Jeep aligned many other times and had the documents to prove it. They then said well we should have never accepted your vehicle to begin with after you modified it. I refused to pay them anything and left and took it to My Friend in Rockwall to be evaluated. He found that Rockwall Dodge had hyper extended My Struts causing them to actually lock up causing no suspension to be provided. He also found My right rear brake caliper bolts completely gone and my caliper barely hanging on by the brake pad. So I will never ever go to Rockwall Dodge for Anything Ever, Ever Again!! It will cost me almost $800.00 for their Screw Up!! More
My truck was dropped off at rockwall chrysler dodge jeep on 8/24/22 for a catalytic converter repair. On 8/30 the insurance Adjuster asked for photos of damage to be emailed but the service advisor couldn't on 8/24/22 for a catalytic converter repair. On 8/30 the insurance Adjuster asked for photos of damage to be emailed but the service advisor couldn't figure out how to send photos so the claim wasn't approved until 9/2/22 when the adjuster physically went out there. I called on Monday 9/5/22 and was informed parts were ordered on 9/2/22 and they would be in Monday the 5th or Tuesday the 6th and that the repair would be finished the day after the parts came in. So on Wednesday 9/7/22 I called in the afternoon to get an update and was informed that's parts hadn't arrived and they assured me they would be there Thursday 9/8/22 and I would have the truck back by close of business Saturday the 10th. All weekend goes by with no update so I call on Monday the 12th and I'm informed by my service advisor that the truck is finished being worked on they just need more money from insurance before they can give me back the keys. The insurance gave them the money on 9/14/22 first thing in the morning so I called that afternoon to see if I could pick up my vehicle. I was informed by the service advisor that they hadn't started working on the truck yet and they would on Thursday 9/15 and it would be ready then, this is a complete contradiction to his claim on the 12th where he said the truck was finished. On the 15th I go to pick up my truck and check the repairs. The inside wheel well was never replaced so the repair was never finished. The truck had been left under a tree for 3 weeks so my tannuea cover had water leaves and debris sitting on it which stained and ruined it. The dealership next door had washed there lot and sprayed some sort of adhesive debris on to my truck covering the entire thing with a nasty sticky residue. When pointing out the issues to the service manager I was informed by him "this happened to all the cars and we had to wash 156 of them today, I guess we ran out of time and couldn't get to yours." He also blamed the lack of repair to the fenderwell on the insurance adjuster saying "he must have not caught it." The service manager promptly went back sat down and got on his cell phone. I went to the general manager and voiced my displeasure and informed him how his customers were being being treated relaying everything to him and left. 30 minutes later I received a phone from the general manager apologizing that it took him so long to get ahold of me, no one had entered my number into their system in the 3 weeks they had my vehcile they had to retrieve my number from my insurance paperwork. For the 3 weeks they had my truck I never received one phone call from them. I left numerous messages with my number asking for a call back and never got one. Asked for paperwork to be emailed and never received it. The truck repair was never truly finished and the truck was given back to me in worse condition than how it was dropped off. The best part is they charged me $8800 for a catalytic converter repair and didn't even finish the entire repair. They did offer for me to leave the vehicle with them and come back later that night or the next day and they could wash it, but I didn't feel like ubering back and forth and I couldn't afford to take a day off work to pick it up the next day since it cost $8800 for 1 catalytic converter to be replaced. None of them reasonable solutions. My fiance and I will not be taking my dodge or her jeep there ever again and if you value your time and money you won't either. More

They were timely and finished sooner than they had estimated, even with the Saturday rush.
