Worse mistake coming to this dealer. They don’t care for the customer. They will tell you “if your not happy you can return it”. 100% lie. The dealership wouldn’t let me take it back …. They would value it like a normal trade it. I tried trading in at another dealer but I would have lost $8000!!!!! I will never buy or let anyone I know well buy a dodge again. The Chevy dealer would not have treated me this way I know that for a fact. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These people are all about money, nothing else. More

I am so frustrated!! I have left at least 3 messages regarding a refund on my gap insurance for a vehicle I traded. Everytime i call, I am told that I need to speak to finance, but each time it goes to regarding a refund on my gap insurance for a vehicle I traded. I explained my problem to the receptionist, but she insists that finance is the only place that can help me. Today, i called AGAIN and the dealership's phone didnt work properly. In the middle of our conversation she couldnt hear me so I called back only to be told that her phone was messed up, but didnt know when it would be fixed. I will not be purchasing any more vehicles from them and will tell my friends not to either. More
Truck needed an alignment and light issue repaired. The “lady” said repair would be completed the same day. 10 days later it’s finally done! She’d never answer her phone. The finance manger, Jason Chury would not respond to a follow up email to a request I made about extending my warranty. He only quoted me options with really high mileage/years which I didn't need and the follow up email to a request I made about extending my warranty. I would probably have paid the price he quoted and been none the wiser but since I didn't receive a response I finally went to another dealership in Richardson and was quoted 60% less for matching warranties and they offered me the one I actually wanted for even less. The protection plans quoted by both dealerships were the same Max Care plan. More
