I am truly sorry to hear about your experience. I know it can be frustrating sometimes dealing with repair issues. Yes, there have been three different visits since last summer, and this longest one since December. Because it is a pre-owned car with extended warranty, that was what we have been waiting on for the majority of the time. I truly apologize your experience was anything less than perfect. To clarify a few accusations, our online prices are accurate, and some of the lowest in North Texas. We sent you an entire breakdown of out-the-door pricing immediately to you at your request that included tax, title, license, and yes, dealer-installed equipment. You did not see it in your email and quickly began to accuse us of playing games while your sales rep was assisting another customer. We then sent you a scanned printout via text and you told us to cease contact and we did, per your request. I am sorry it did not work out but we do wish you luck in your future endeavors. I apologize that we were not able to perform the alignment on your vehicle. As such, we did not charge you for it. You made modifications to the suspension causing complications. A number of suspension parts that need a replacement for a lift were not replaced, such as the struts you say are less than a year old on your newly installed lift. At no time did we make any adjustments to struts, or brakes. As you told our technician, this was done by you. Being newly installed parts as you say, it is clear the alignments performed properly from other places before your self-installed lift, as we would have been able to do as well. Again, I apologize we were not able to meet your needs with an alignment on your vehicle. If you care to discuss any further, please feel free to reach out to me by either phone or email.
