Yes I went to Rockwall Dallas to have a oil change nothing was wrong with my tires sensors after they're Point power check on the vehicle I was to heading home and my tire sensor went out and I had j nothing was wrong with my tires sensors after they're Point power check on the vehicle I was to heading home and my tire sensor went out and I had just changed the 4 tire sensors when I put on new brake shoes and pads in April 2024 and it cost me $50 to get a new sensor on the way home I am upset about that nothing was wrong before they checked my tires More

This dealership did everything to take care of me! I was expecting something totally different when I worked with and meet the staff. I took my car into the service department. She started my car and instantly diagnosed one issue I was having! I got that resolved along with several other issues and my car is running smooth once again. I was surprised by the quick turn around in terms of the car being worked on and returned to me! I can say this without hesitation, the service department so impressed me that I made an appointment to come back to get more work on my car done. The perceptions about auto dealerships was quickly erased. I will no longer go anywhere to get my car serviced! More

I have had nothing but challenges with this dealership to the point I was ready to move away from my RAM and to Ford out of sheer frustration. My truck was under warranty and within about a 3 month span wen the point I was ready to move away from my RAM and to Ford out of sheer frustration. My truck was under warranty and within about a 3 month span went in 5 different times all because of the same issue. Each time it was a challenge to get a rental, there were delays before they could even look at the issue (costing me money for the excess rentals)-even if there was a rental available. The lack of ownership and ensuring quality servicing of the truck caused me to be put in bad situations multiple times to the point I couldn't trust driving my truck more than 15 min out from my house. After the last time, my truck broke again and I called Dodge City Mckinney to help. Within a matter of hours, had me in a loaner vehicle, and within a few days had my truck up and running and there hasn't been an issue since. Fast forward, I am now getting constant emails about warranty services they want to perform on my truck which have already been resolved (yes, I drive to McKenney which is an hour away for all services now). I have asked to be removed from the emails multiple times and each attempt has been ignored. While I cannot speak to the Sales department, the Service Department is well known in Rockwall for their lack of ownership and causing more issues than providing-which is how I was referred to Dodge City McKinney by multiple local RAM owners. Looking at some of the other reviews, it looks like other owners have had more positive experiences than I have, but at this point, I don't intend to return to Rockwall Chrysler Jeep Dodge. More
