Had and issue with warranty part on my truck another dealership would not honor. I live an 90 min away from this dealership and they said bring it in. Service was very good. Christina Rico was our service person. She was able to help us with our warranty. Our car was fixed in the time she told us. A day earlier. I recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4xe from this dealership. Deposit was initially made Mon Jan 8 2024 and the purchase was finalized on Tues Jan 16 2024. I have had numerous issues du 4xe from this dealership. Deposit was initially made Mon Jan 8 2024 and the purchase was finalized on Tues Jan 16 2024. I have had numerous issues during this time that are still ongoing. Long story short I was sold a brand new car that I paid cash for that had a defective window when I took it off the lot and now has 26 miles on it and now the car won't start. It's not a battery issue. It is currently being worked on. Justin the sales advisor needs a course in customer service. Don't trust him. Lance the service advisor has been the only helpful person thus far for me. I emailed the GM Kelly McMullen on Sat Jan 20 about the litany of issues I have had and it's now Jan 24 and no response or phone call has been made. I'm appalled at this lack of accountability by them. I work in the customer service business and don't expect perfection. I don't expect perfection but at least be accountable for errors and mistakes and communicate appropriately with your customer. Go somewhere else, anywhere else for a car. I will forever regret going there and won't repeat this mistake again. I strongly encourage you to avoid them too. More
