Erica the receptionist in service is amazing at her job. when my car got to the dealership she went out her way to make sure everything was done correctly. we recently got scammed and had false information when my car got to the dealership she went out her way to make sure everything was done correctly. we recently got scammed and had false information provided to us from a different jeep location. and we learned that , bc erica and the technician went out there way to make sure our car was up and running perfectly. they honored our warranty themselves, they took pictures to show us the problems that our truck had, there was a true diagnostics done and they could fix our issue easily, communication was great! and they answered the phone fast ready to work. this dealership was outstanding you can tell they work as a team.!
