In late September 2024, I noticed a vibration sound coming from my right front on my 2017 Ram 1500. I called dealers all throughout DFW and almost all dealers were unwilling to help me out. It was goin coming from my right front on my 2017 Ram 1500. I called dealers all throughout DFW and almost all dealers were unwilling to help me out. It was going to take over a week to diagnose the problem. This wouldn’t work as we had a road trip coming up that I needed my truck for. Fortunately for me, I got a hold of Justin Kirby at Rockwall Dodge. Justin is the consummate professional and epitomizes the words “customer service”. Justin worked with me to get my vehicle in for diagnosis, got his team to turn it around in a couple of days, and stayed in constant communication with me the entire time. I’m glad I was able to work with Justin and would recommend others request him when they have a need for service as well. Additionally, the service manager whose name escapes me was equally great to work with. He was having trouble diagnosing my truck so he joined me on a ride along to replicate the problem. As soon as he heard what I was hearing he was all over getting my repair addressed. As for the repair, I’ve waited until now to write this review to ensure all of the repairs were solid. The solution to my vibration was to replace the wheel bearings. I believe this work eliminated the vibration I was hearing and feeling, but unfortunately I have a new, low speed vibration that wasn’t there before! I’m not sure what’s causing this, but knowing that this dealer does not have loaner vehicles available, I haven’t been able to get my truck in to be looked at. I need my vehicle to get to and from work, take kids around, etc. so being without for a few days is not an option. I wish Rockwall Dodge had loaners so I could feel more comfortable taking my vehicle to them for service. In summary, Justin is awesome. He’s the best service advisor I’ve worked with at any dealer. I’d strongly recommend requesting him specifically. The work on my truck seems solid but a new problem has come from it that I’m trying to find time to get looked at and worked on. If Rockwall Dodge reads these, I really hope they consider a loaner program to help their loyal customers out! More

I had Chris and Harrison that helped me through this process of buying a brand new vehicle for the first time. I spoke with Harrison and went through the available vehicles I built and he was extremely process of buying a brand new vehicle for the first time. I arrived and although Harrison was busy Christopher was more than willing to help me and made the process extremely easy and even helped through the process of setting everything up on the new vehicle I was getting to drive off the lot.
