Upon arrival I was the only customer at the service center and out of the 5 employees there, not one greeted me or asked if they could assist me. I stood there for a couple minutes when another employ center and out of the 5 employees there, not one greeted me or asked if they could assist me. I stood there for a couple minutes when another employee walked and asked if I have been helped .. I clearly said NO. She was prompt and delivered my service. They did not do a full check as when I left my tire notification came and when I checked the dash panel they were all at 34. The building needs to be renovated.. the finish on the toliet seats are non existent toilets and floors were dirty. The wait room coffee area needed attention. The employees in the dealership floor room did not even acknowledge that a customer had arrived as I wondered around looking. The only reason I used this service center was for my free service and they are the only Jeep dealership within 20 miles. More
