Took my truck in for maintenance. Told them I'll come back in 7 days to pick it up. I called to see if it is ready and they don't know, he'll call me back. He should always know the status of every vehicle in their shop. Refuses to answer his phone so I call the dealership main number and ask to talk to someone in management. The service guy calls me immediately which says all I need to know. Substandard service. The mechanics are bad news too. I had to fix their mistakes the last three times they worked on my truck. No more, I'm done with these guys. More

Very good experience with Rockwall CDJ. Worked out all of the details prior to even going to the dealership. Was there about 30 mins total to sign paperwork and on my way. Amado and Chad Worked out all of the details prior to even going to the dealership. Was there about 30 mins total to sign paperwork and on my way. Amado and Chad were excellent. Explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Definitely will go there in the future. Don’t get sucked in by that other guy using his kids to push his cars. No thank you CC. Came in for an oil change on Monday. Was informed of an issue the tech found that would be covered by warranty. The part ilwas in stock and would be repaired by the next day. I called the next day and was told my advisor was busy but computer said it was done. I show up to pick up and am told my advisor is out sick that day and they haven't started the work but and assured it will be next. I call and am told it should be ready today [now Wednesday] and since I dont hear back I show back up at 5pm and its not finished but in the shop. Come to find out it wasn't pulled in until 230 when I called to check status. It was bot ready until 2pm on Thursday. I dont like being lied to on multiple occasions and the lack of communication is ridiculous. People need their vehicles. To lie, give the runaround and not communicate is unacceptable. They don't have loaners so you'll just be inconvenienced until they get it done. I am an understanding person and if I had been kept in the loop and felt not lied to, I wouldn't have been upset, but they seem to care. Will not ever go there again. More
