Not very customer service oriented. Bought new vehicle and all they could put is a half tank of gas in it? Asked about service contract and was told that is all fluff! Told them I would be paying for tax, title and license and they wrapped that into the financing instead! As soon as papers were signed my sales rep was out the door for the evening! Asked for running boards out on as part of the deal. No running boards! Was suggested I buy them off Amazon and my sales rep buddy could put them on for 100 bucks! Good things… price was right and vehicle was immaculate! Overall, did not feel valued and appreciated. Felt like my requests fell on deaf ears. This dealership needs to improve on their overall customer service! More
