Over the past year I've taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve 4xe to "Rockwall Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM" for multiple services and recalls. I just want to really commend this new Service Department Summit Reserve 4xe to "Rockwall Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM" for multiple services and recalls. I just want to really commend this new Service Department team and manager. Every time I began to take my Jeep over the summer of 2024, their new Service Manager Michael gave me a call directly to ensure me that he was looking to fix my Jeep asap. I then began to work with Justin Kirby, I have to say Justin has been amazing! Even when repairs take longer than usual to get done, or if the service department is working a response from their engineering team, Justin makes sure to update me several times a week. Sometimes as customers, that is all we want, to know that they haven't forgotten about us, even if the phone call is, "hey we're still waiting on a response on your Star case, or hey we're waiting on parts." it at least tells us that the Service department and the service advisor that we are working with are thinking about our vehicle and are on top of it. Justin communication is top notch, thanks to him and the mechanics that he stayed on top of I can say my Jeep is finally in great working condition. I've had to take the Jeep in for a new recall that came up recently and again Justin is nothing short of amazing! I cannot say enough and how thankful I am to have such a great service advisor at "Rockwall Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM" More

The overall experience was relatively quick and the time spent waiting on approvals, Bailee made sure that the time was not waisted.
