The overall experience was horrible for many reasons, because they didn’t do what I asked them to do, and they did what I didn’t agree on and charged me for it. Let me explain: 1) it took 5x the amount because they didn’t do what I asked them to do, and they did what I didn’t agree on and charged me for it. Let me explain: 1) it took 5x the amount of time to change oil 2) they proceeded my wheel sensor while doing the tire rotation, when I drove in I noted that I am aware the sensor is not working and I don’t want to fix it at this time, but of course without my consent they retrospectively told me that they have already done the job so I will be charged (with a discounted price). The most frustrating thing, is the sensor now is malfunctioning and I just don’t want to go back to deal with them. That also contributed to the delay. 3) worst communication ever. After I left the shop and drove 30mins far, I checked for the inspection sticker which I have told them to do and it wasn’t there. So I called and they asked me to drive back and apparently they have forgotten to do the whole inspection which I ASKED FOR AND PAID FOR in the first place. That’s another 2 hours wasted. More

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Sales Mgr. Drew Carnival, he asked several questions, I.e. what was my present car, what I wanted in future GMC vehicle and what I wanted to spend mo Sales Mgr. Drew Carnival, he asked several questions, I.e. what was my present car, what I wanted in future GMC vehicle and what I wanted to spend monthly on a lease. He immediately told me of several promotions and discounts available. He printed out a deal sheet and the sticker sheet of the vehicle of interest. He took me to see the vehicle. There was no pressure, there was no back n forth or further negotiating. He said he gave me the best deal he could and I was confident that it was. My three previous GMC leased vehicles were from my local dealer 3 hours North. What they quoted me was much higher and no incentives were even mentioned. I considered my loyalty to my previous salesperson but In the end I switched dealerships because Drew was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and his confidence convinced me that I was getting the best deal for Me. I will definitely recommend Drew Carnival to my friends on Long Island. More
