Seemed like they didn't care. Brought my GMC Sierra in for OLF and also change the wiper blade. Told them the shirting was rough between the lower gears. Came back that afternoon Brought my GMC Sierra in for OLF and also change the wiper blade. Told them the shirting was rough between the lower gears. Came back that afternoon and the OLF was done, when I asked about the wiper blades he said "whoops, I forgot them...we will get them next time". Then asked him about the rough shifting and he said "everything is fine, you know it's a truck and they run a like a truck. Bottom line, I brought it into a transmission shop and he said its torque converter clutch chatter and to bring it back to the dealer, its under warranty. I will never bring it back to that dealers service dept., they are useless. Going to Riverhead instead. More
