I scheduled my oil change appointment the day before for the earliest time available. Dropped my 2021 Denali of at 5:30am in the early bird drop box. I received a call around 10:30 am from Dave asking if I have an extended warranty , I then asked why he said just asking…. I then asked if my oil change was done , Dave told me they did not even bring it in yet. I was then called at 1:30pm telling they found a couple things wrong with the truck but good news it’s a covered by warranty.. obviously super shady. He told me my radiator was leaking was one of the issues trucks always parked in the driveway never saw any coolent leaking and never ran hot . So then they kept the truck for a few days with no offer of a loaner so I had to then pay for a rental. Very on professional at this dealership. I will never buy another gmc and will never go to this dealership again. I would warn everyone to stay away from this place . To go back one step more when I purchased the truck I paid 12k over sticker as well. What scam place this dealership should be shut down More
