Horrible experience What a horrifying experience. The salesman Tom Brophy mislead my mom into thinking she was buying a 2016 Murano when In fact there were no 2016's in t What a horrifying experience. The salesman Tom Brophy mislead my mom into thinking she was buying a 2016 Murano when In fact there were no 2016's in the dealership. 2 days later she was completely unhappy with the car and they told her she had to give them 5,000.00 cash to get her car back. When we went back to the dealership and spoke with the finance manager, Syed, he fed us a load of bs and did not make us feel comfortable. She ended up trading the car somewhere else. Stay far away from this place they don't deserve your business. More
