I walked in with a quoted price from an on line source, the general manager assigned me " Mr. Fantastic " Mike Bernardo who while being quite young was more experienced and relaxing sales person I've ever dealt with. We went to look at the car I selected and he insisted that I test drive the car. (It was what I had expected). The next phase of this experience was dealing with their Finance department. They have this gentleman Syed Rizvi who should be called " the magician ", He was through and explain my different options for financing, explaining in great detail how each option was different and any 5th grader could have understood what to go with.
