This is the worst service we have ever received at any dealership. They have hidden fees that they do not advertise, and they they become blatantly rude when they are not getting anywhere with you. They were also not transparent about the issues with the car that was on their a lot, and they wanted us to eat up the cost of fixing the problems that the car already had. I would be very leery of even going to this dealership, it is a disgrace for Nissan. Their customer service is also very horrendous because there is no one to tell you where to go when you drive in and walk in. This was such a waste of our three hours there and 4hr drive. They plain SUCK! They removed their fees for us then added them back on when we instead they give us a car with tires that would just pass inspection. They are as crooked as crooked gets. More

Horriable Sells tactics . Dont Turst them Unethical sales tactics . They will make you feel like family and comfort you but wont show you contact until the end . By the time they will run you credit report your personal information and hold on to deal contact and make excuses to trip you on deal . Don't deal with them or ask them sell contract and all number on front before they run your credit or try to hold money off you . On contract they charge 2k more then which was promise and hold my 500 dollar on credit card . I didn't like the deal walk off . Asked them 4 times by call to return held money on card . No response . I had to open a dispute to get my money back . I am lucky that didn't sign any contract . Be Careful. More

LIARS I leased a vehicle and was promised a deal that was not provided. I leased my car from them given an agreement that the dealer DID NOT follow through I leased a vehicle and was promised a deal that was not provided. I leased my car from them given an agreement that the dealer DID NOT follow through on. They do not take my calls and I will take them to small claims court if they don't resolve the issue. I would NEVER involve myself with this dealership again. More

Best EVER Very recently, purchased a used 2010 Nissan Rogue SL from Rockland Nissian. My Sales Consultant was Mike Bernardo who went above and beyond to ma Very recently, purchased a used 2010 Nissan Rogue SL from Rockland Nissian. My Sales Consultant was Mike Bernardo who went above and beyond to match a car to my needs. Mike showed us a few cars and later found the perfect match. Mike did everything in his power to get the best deal for me. After we agreed to make the purchase, we briefly met the Sales Manager, Mike, who also did everything possible for the best deal. Then we met with the Finance Manager, Anthony Giannattasio, the true gem of this entire dealership. Anthony took his time, worked his magic and in the end got me an even better deal for the financing, than that what was discussed earlier. I STRONGLY recommend Rockland Nissan to anyone looking for a new car!!!! More
