Rockland Hyundai made the experience of leasing a new vehicle very easy for me. I initially worked on the internet with Bert who was really quick in answering all my questions. In less then one week I drove away with the car that I wanted and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal. The reason I went to this dealership was because of Pete in service. I will always remember that he came out of his way on Christmas eve to help me get my car to start when the dealership was closed. I was also very happy to get a follow up phone call from Johan after we bought the car. Too often people seem so eager to not do the right thing but this is definitely not the case at this dealership. I went into the dealership yesterday spoke with the sales representative Alan. He was very straight forward and honest. I then spoke with Dana who was able to get me financing. This car is all that and then some! I will say this, I got the same level of customer service at Rockland hyundai as I did at BMW, if not better.
