They Jacked up contract Sale price $1,617.10 + On 7/2/15, Jeff showed us a Hyundai Tucson 2013. I told him I wanted to stay in the $15,000-$17,000 price range. He showed us The Tucson above & told On 7/2/15, Jeff showed us a Hyundai Tucson 2013. I told him I wanted to stay in the $15,000-$17,000 price range. He showed us The Tucson above & told us the price was $17500. I told him that I did not want to put any money down, because I was trading in a Hyundai Azera; which they offered me $6000 trade in allowance & he reiterated that to me. We waited for hours while Mr. Joan Rivas handled the financing in another room. Finally, Jeff walked us to Mr. Joan Rivas office & he presented the contract & other papers to sign. Mr. Rivas told me He needed a check or cash for Vehicle Registration transfer fee; I paid him $200 cash & he gave me a receipt. My husband & I trusted these guys to honor our verbal agreement, so I signed the contract. However, a week later, I looked at the contract, to find out what interest rate the lender had given me & I see that the vehicle price was inflated from $17,500 to 19,117.21 & the agreement we had of no down payment, was not honor either & the contract stated I paid $200.00 down & the Motor vehicle Registration transfer fee So the $199.50 was financed into the loan. So that means, that the $200 cash that Mr. Joan Rivas told me was for Motor Vehicle Registration transfer fees was not; in fact they charged me a $200 down payment. These guys were very deceptive. I was victimized by them. I called the Manager several times, but he's never available; so I emailed him on this review site & am awaiting his call. If this issue is not resolve, I will hire an attorney & that dealership will have to pay court cost, attorney fees, and the deceptive overcharges on the contract. I will also file a complaint with the New York attorney General & Consumer Affairs. There are laws that protect the consumer against Business Deceptive Practices. More

He valued our trade with a great consideration towards the purchase on a pre-owned elantra and made what would had been a hassle at other dealerships to be a smooth transaction. We knew what we were set on and within a couple hours, my father had it as a done deal within a hour. Jeff was by far one of the most pleasant dealers and straightforward which we could not appreciate more. More
