I received a call from Gervais Cambridge about purchasing a new vehicle, so I went to the Rockland Hyundai dealership on 08/17/2015 and was told I would get a great price on my next vehicle, so I challenged the Rockland, NY dealership to keep it's word. I showed up on 08/24/2015 for service, sat down, numbers were tossed, and I received a good price on a vehicle that was shown to me, so I drove home in a new Santa Fe. Everyone involved was great ... No Harassment! Went to Nanuet as the car dealers are all closed on Sunday in NJ. Brought an ad in that they matched. Was looking for a 2 year lease on a 15 Elantra. Kudos to Rockland Hyundai From the time I received a call from a customer service rep setting an appointment to meet with sales, I felt truly blessed to have met with Mr. Roger From the time I received a call from a customer service rep setting an appointment to meet with sales, I felt truly blessed to have met with Mr. Roger Garcia, Kal Smith and Joan Rivas for getting me into a brand new 2016 Elantra. My visit was initially to get an idea where I stood in terms of pricing for my 2013 Elantra that I purchased used at a different dealer. I knew it was time to upgrade, but didn't feel totally "ready". Roger listened to my story and felt confident enough to show me a couple models based on what I told him my interest would be. His professionalism and no pressure approach made it easy for me to go ahead and give it a shot for a new car deal. In the process, I was introduced to Mr.Smith (sales manager) and was made to feel like a long time friend. Well the friendship became long indeed as these guys worked well past their shifts to satisfy a pretty difficult customer. I applaud Roger Garcia, Mikal Smith and Joan Rivas for providing me with more than added value service, they established a customer for life who will pass this on to anyone looking to buy a car and not some sham just to make a quick buck.
