Cautious of the details I will be very fair with this review. Even if it is written, you will see the numbers change when they go onto the typed sheet. The initial sales environment was fairly positive and expected. I have previously purchased 7 new Hyundai's in the past (from Liberty Hyundai and Paramus Hyundai). I decided this time to purchase a used car, so dealership (supposedly) was not as important as the price. As many have stated on these reviews, Rockland's internet prices are typically very good, so many are enticed in at least going to take a look. So, to make this review short and to the point, Rockland Hyundai absolutelty WILL make up the profit on the stated or quoted price by inflating the prep/dealer fees to whatever they need to to hit the profit percentage margin. These fees are negotiable, even though they may try to tell you that they are not. If you cant get them down to 200 or 250, walk out. But, if you do get them down, watch your sales/finance details very closely. On my paperwork, they took the registration/title deposit and kept unused deposit. The sad aspect is they asked for $400 dollar deposit (which I thought was outrageous) for this and the total cost for the registration and title came out to $65.50. So, if you are extremely detailed and want to take a change that you will catch the little changes, you could get a decent deal at this dealership. He and his manager assisted me with the finance aspect and made sure to do their very best so that I would get a deal that I felt comfortable with. Everyone that I dealt with starting with Rob and ending with finance services was extremely professional and genuinely happy to be able to assist us with this purchase. I am very excited to had purchased the Santa Fe 2016 and am thankful for Rob. Will make sure to bring my friends and family members to him. More

I wanted a Range Rover and had spoken to Tristian, the General Sales Manger, a few times on the phone about my budget and price range and he said, "no worries I'll get you in the car you want and deserve", I didn't know whether or not to believe or trust him, but he gained my trust and my friendship. I am not the easiest person to deal with (only admitting this online) yet he was so patient, flexible, supportive and encouraging throughout the entire process. Him and his amazing team were extremely attentive to my needs and even my headache. Tristian called me as soon as he got his hands on a Range Rover he knew I would love. We then scheduled a time for me to go to Rockland Hyundai for a test drive and that's when I met with a wonderful, empathetic, experienced and knowledgeable sales representative named Javier. Who ran all my paperwork and gave me some suggestions to deal with my insurance. He also kept me up to date with the entire process and I finally decided to come back and make my purchase. Then, I met Joan (pronounced Johan), the finance manager, who noticed I had a headache and brought be an Advil and a water and not to mention, had the patience to deal with me for almost 4hrs of negotiations and walking me through the entire financial aspect of this purchase until I was clear about each step.Finally, I had the car of my dreams and I was like, I can't even drive it back because I was alone at the dealership and Tristian told me not to worry and to leave my Mitsubishi at Rockland Hyundai until we figured something out (my friend came with me the next day to get it). I cannot put into words how grateful I am to have met each of these individuals who made me feel at ease throughout an experience that can be overwhelming at times, especially for a female. I am beyond satisfied with their customer service and would definitely highly recommend Rockland Hyundai dealership if you're interested in purchasing a new or preowned vehicle that suits your needs and budget.
