Deceptive Came in to buy a new car, in part due to incentives being offered by Hyundai USA. Was told that they had none in stock, then told that there might be Came in to buy a new car, in part due to incentives being offered by Hyundai USA. Was told that they had none in stock, then told that there might be a "demo" available. Was told that demo counts as new in terms of getting the incentives. Was given a price that included the incentives, and the price was pretty close to what I was looking for. But the car I was shown turned out to be used, with several hundred miles on it. So the "yes, you're getting the factory incentives" line was BS. And while they got close to the price I wanted, they were actually selling me a used car (vs. new) without being totally transparent. They fudged the "demo" vs. "used." Plus lots of having the sales guy check with the manager, dragging out the length of the visit. Icky. More

They were professional and efficient in helping me get into my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Shamma was patient and took into consideration my personal needs and went above and beyond to make me happy. She even transferred the stuff o had in my old car into my new car! I was there well after closing time and everyone stayed with a smile just to make sure I could take my new car that day. The sales manager and financial specialist Yorcarys were exceptional as well. I am very happy and satisfied with the service and customer care at Rockland Hyundai! More

Dishonest Leased a new Sonata from them and turned in my old one. They agreed in writing to pay the wear and tear, excess mileage and last month's payment on the returned car. They only paid part of it to Hyundai Motor Finance and left me with a $650 bill. HMFC doesnt care that the dealer agreed to pay. I spoke in person twice to the Sales Manager, Fausto Gonzalez who told me it was being processed by the lease return department ..which is clearly not true because they already paid part of the bill. Fausto does not return my emails or phone calls..It has now been 3 1/2 months since I returned the car ..my only option now is to sue the dealership for the money. They obviously are hoping i will just give up. I told them I am an attorney and doesnt faze them. I have never owed HMFC a dime and I am a repeat Hyundai customer and this is how they are treating me! More

I searched the internet for the best deal which had the options I wanted. When I found the vehicle, I came into look at it and your employee Roger Garcia showed me the vehicle and answered any questions I had. I felt very comfortable and completely relaxed. When I test drove the car with him, it was effortless and hassle free. He made the entire experience of purchasing my Elantra, along with trading in my car, effortless. I felt no car sales pressure which I completely despise. Being a woman, I felt completely satisfied and elated the way he treated me with the utmost respect. I was impressed with the honesty, integrity, and straightforward approach to selling a car. As you remember, I almost bought the car once before the month prior, but I changed my mind and decided to do some more “looking”. As I looked around, I found that many of the dealers just didn’t meet my personal standard of integrity, not to mention the wide variety of selections of cars in your inventory. I kept thinking about the wonderful experience I had with you and your managers, Fausto & Tristan. They treated me like a ROCK STAR and made me laugh. I came back a month after and we made the deal. I have since put about 1500 hundred on my car and everything is great!!!!! This is my second Elantra after taking a break from my first one which I purchased in 2005. I have owned three Audi’s in between but nothing compares to my 2017 Elantra purchasing experience, hence the reason for me writing.
