AMAZING SERVICE I have never been in and out of a dealership with feeling the respect and courtesy EVERY!!!. I walked in to Rockland Hyundai on a Sunday afternoon , I have never been in and out of a dealership with feeling the respect and courtesy EVERY!!!. I walked in to Rockland Hyundai on a Sunday afternoon , spoke to my saleman Jeff Price got the deal I wanted and walked out in 30 minutes. Monday I picked up the car and between the signing of the papers and the showing of the car was only there for another 45 minutes. My salesman Jeff and the sales manager Fausto Gonzalez made me feel at home with the purchase and were there for me every step of the way. Gotta love that home style comfortable feeling at what usually is a very stressful time. This was my second lease with Rockland Hyundai and my third Elantra lease. I would definitely recommend ANYONE to the dealership. Thanks guys. More

Best Car Buying Experience After visiting two other Hyundai dealers, we were about to give up as the experience was awful! My husband and I have owed various makes and models ov After visiting two other Hyundai dealers, we were about to give up as the experience was awful! My husband and I have owed various makes and models over our 30 years together - Cadillac, Toyota, Audi, & 2 Infiniti autos. It was time trade our latest Infiniti and last Saturday, we headed to Rockland Hyundai. We were immediately greeted by a very pleasant gentleman named Rodger. They were quite busy as it was the end of February sales, however Rodger was attentive and worked with us after a short wait. He was professional,polite, extremely knowledgeable and overall a delight to deal with. We basically knew we wanted the Sonata limited and he gave my husband & I the keys to test drive the car. Now the numbers - Rodger worked with us on the car price and the possible trade-in of our Infiniti. After a bit of back & forth, Fausto the manager came over. He too was extremely pleasant and before long we had a deal. . On Tuesday evening we went back to pick up our car. Once again we were greeted with smiles, hand shakes by Rodger, Fausto & many of the other sales team that recognized us from Saturday. We were introduced to the finance guy to go over all the paper work & within a very short time we were done. . Rodger took the time to go over the vehicle. Before leaving, both Roger & Fausto told us to come back anytime and as often as we needed to with questions. This was customer service at its best & the most painless and pleasant car buying experience ever!!! Hats off to Rockland Hyundai! More

I told him my problem and as he started to work on it he realized it had to go to the sales manager Tristan George. Again Tristan was very helpful but now we had to get the big guns out Michael Davidson the owner. I had a situation that 5 other dealers (some Hyundai some others) said I had a problem that couldn't be fixed. Because the problem I had no one was will to go the extra mile to correct. In a frivolous world that we live in when people put money before friendship Michael Davidson should be commended not condemned. He was the only person willing to go the extra mile and he did. BIG TIME. He stepped up to the plate and knocked the ball out of the park. And I drove away in my new 2017 Sonata. I am now a life long customer at Rockland Hyundai. I would recommenced this place to anyone. If you have a lease car get out of it and go there. Jim More
