Don't trust Fausto! I made an appointment with one of the sales rep who was sent home early and Fausto (assuming the manager) seemed careless to my needs. It wasn't until I made an appointment with one of the sales rep who was sent home early and Fausto (assuming the manager) seemed careless to my needs. It wasn't until Anthony and William in the service dpt came to the rescue and was able to take care of me although Fausto tried to rush me off and make me reschedule my scheduled appointment after I came ALLL the way from the Bronx. Not only were they helpful but they even provided me with some knowledge ab being a new car owner and things I should know. They made sure I was taken care of and were super nice. I wouldn't refer anyone to the sales dpt bc it seems like once they make their sale, you don't exist to them anymore, and Fausto DID NOT seem like he wanted to help, don't even think he smiled. But I would come back ONLY bc of Anthony, William and Shamma. They are great people and were helpful any and every time I dealt with them. Sales is a big NO but the service dpt has some good people in there. SPECIAL THANKS TO WILLIAM AND ANOTHONY! :) More

I took short test drive and since tire were gone , i could not figure anything else. Van was in great condition. Got a good deal. However, after a couple of days van refused to start. Battery gone. Chnaged it no big deal. Went for oil change after two months of purchase with honda dealer. Changed oil and they said trans oil is bad need change. I permitted. Whoa and it started. Transmission jerking. 2014 odyssey common problem. I just had a glimpse initially. Now i am stucked. It is intermittent problem. Even honda cant figure out. Shame on honda. More
