We have received your review and appreciate the opportunity to respond. We pride ourselves on reconditioning our pre-owned vehicles to be the best in the market and even provide a 12 month/12K mile brake guarantee to back this claim. Your vehicle was purchased in June 2016 with approximately 58K miles and was serviced with an oil change, 4 brand new tires, A/C service, brand new belt tensioner and complete front and rear brake service, We understand and apologize that early in your ownership you did return to the dealership with a few concerns (i.e. a/c not cold, wheel hub bearing) and we corrected each at no cost to you. After 6 months and 8500 miles of driving, you returned to the dealership with additional concerns. With each vehicle purchased, the customer is offered the opportunity to buy an extended warranty to insure them against potential future repairs. While we stand by our reconditioning process, we cannot make guarantees for a time period or usage longer than the standard warranty of 60 days or 3000. Rockland Hyundai would like to offer you an extended warranty at a discount. Please contact our Finance Department if you are interested.

I think you are on wrong page. First of all on my van tires were not changed. They were all gone. I never returned to dealership for any service or complaints as you stated.
