Luis showed great patience and impressive listen skills to weed through all the options we put in front of him. His carefully and respectfully showed us each option we were considering, allowing us to test drive whichever vehicle we wanted to help us narrow our choices. my last couple of visits I would like to state that just based on my visits over the last couple of days, the service manager Albert should be a service manager consultant for I would like to state that just based on my visits over the last couple of days, the service manager Albert should be a service manager consultant for some other dealerships in the county. I was in process of selling my car and received recall notice. I bought the car in for recall on Wednesday and when I asked him if there were any other recalls, he stated that he had already checked and this was the only one. He had vehicle checked out and made additional repair. I had trouble with my remote starter and bought it to him today explaining that the sale of car was today and he had problem fixed in a little over hour. Anther factor that impressed me was the fact that when I dropped the car off this morning in heavy rain, he went outside in the rain and wrote down info where being a service manager, he could probably sent someone else out in the rain but he was the one out there.
