I had a Jeep recall and brought in my Jeep September 13th of this year, 2024. Starting with the young man who took my car in, to the Service Advisor Mr. Dupper who took down all my information, to the youn of this year, 2024. Starting with the young man who took my car in, to the Service Advisor Mr. Dupper who took down all my information, to the young lady Eianna who signed me out and helped me collect my keys...excellent. We brought our leased 2022 Jeep Cherokee multiple times to address an issue with vehicle not starting and we are still having problems. This is unacceptable. I made an appointment for my pro master for an oil change with front and rear brakes and rotors with tire rotation of took them over 10 days t complete this there was no communication behind this I also had with front and rear brakes and rotors with tire rotation of took them over 10 days t complete this there was no communication behind this I also had to rent a vehicle for 10 days because they couldn’t complete a remedial repair with in 48 hours . I will never come back there again and will let others know how they handle there clients More
