I will not be returning to this dealer for service, the first time I went for a transmission issue and it took them over 3 months to get my van back on the road and they couldn’t care less about helping me first time I went for a transmission issue and it took them over 3 months to get my van back on the road and they couldn’t care less about helping me with a rental or loaner vehicle and now again when I brought my van for service I feel like they overcharged me for the service preformed and didn’t want to help me with a loaner vehicle while my van was in service More

If I could give 0 stars I would… the WORST customer service ever, the service department is a joke, the only person that was knowledgeable and actually helpful was Brendan, they should promote him to S service ever, the service department is a joke, the only person that was knowledgeable and actually helpful was Brendan, they should promote him to Supervisor, the Supervisor they have there now Maria Cappello is god awful, the woman knows absolutely nothing about cars, not sure how she landed a career in vehicle services. She’s rude, doesn’t offer any information or help. The issue I had was a head gasket and I knew it since the first time I brought it in (the car was blowing white smoke from the exhaust and I was losing anti freeze at a rapid rate, doesn’t take a brain surgeon to tell I had a blown head gasket) ironically I had a coil pack, spark plugs and somehow a bad starter that all went at that time as well, I got it fixed by my personal mechanic because the prices they charged at RCJD were ridiculous and a rip off, so because of that the final time I brought my truck there it seemed like they made me wait longer to get it in because they were annoyed I didn’t get ripped off by them, finally they took it and it took about 5 days to fix (I was without a car for a month) yes I had an extended warranty through Mopar that I completely forgot about and Maria did inform me of it but she knew that it would only cover me for about 5 days, the car was literally bought last year so I thought as having good customer service they could provide me with a loaner, but no they didn’t want to help with that either…. So when I finally go to pick my car up after the head gasket was fixed they then try to tell me my abs light came on I’m like how is that possible if o haven’t drove the car in a month? The response I got is “oh we don’t know” come to find out the techs there left a plug unplugged from the electronic stability control that my personal mechanic found and plugged it back in and the light and code were gone, so another way they wanted to try to get more money out of me, pathetic. AND to top it all off, when I was leave the dealer from getting my car Maria the supervisor whispers in my ear “if you give us a good rating on your experience, I’ll give you a free oil change” HAHA WHAT?! now bribery because you know you offered me HORRIBLE experience?! I know the dealer ship and as recently taken over by new ownership… I think it’s time you take a look at your service sales team especially Maria and do a whole reboot of your staff in Service Sales, because that had to be the works customer service I’ve ever experienced in an establishment… I will no longer be bringing ANY business to Rockland Chrystler Jeep Dodge More
