Unbelievably bad communication. They basically kidnapped my car for 4 days. Dropped it off for diagnostics on a Thursday morning, was called that evening to say they hadn't gotten They basically kidnapped my car for 4 days. Dropped it off for diagnostics on a Thursday morning, was called that evening to say they hadn't gotten to it yet. Called on Friday evening and no one returned my call. Called on Saturday morning to say forget the diagnostic test if they hadn't gotten to it because I really needed my car and was told that it was hooked up to the diagnostics machine and they couldn't give it to me and that the diagnostics people wouldn't be back til Monday!! More
Lack of communication. Wasn’t called once in the four days car at dealer to be informed progress of fix or possible fix. This is after I called several times over the four days to get an update, with no reply back. This was poor communication on the dealership’s part. I was not happy this go around. More

I came in for 4 new tires and an alignment. It took 4 hours and I was one of the first people there on a Saturday at 7:50 AM. I didn’t get out of there until after 12pm. I’ve had new tires put on before at a different dealership and it took no more than 2 hours with an alignment and full inspection. I politely asked for one update at 11am, after 3 hours of waiting, and a man who works in the service department told me “I don’t know, I don’t work back there.” I asked him if he could check in with them and he looked as though I asked him to do the absolute most by having to walk 10 steps out of his door into the service garage. The entire time I waited, every person who worked in the service office was talking loud enough for everyone in the waiting room to hear about literally anything other than work. They were screaming the F word and being extremely unprofessional. I don’t think asking him to check on my car was stopping him from his “work” because no one was working. When they finally brought me the paperwork, Kevin - who was very nice - told me that he had to go out and finish the work that the mechanics did not do because “someone came to talk to the mechanics and distracted them.” So my car was sitting there for, who knows how long, and the service guy who does the paperwork had to go finish it. He told me, in front of everyone in the waiting room including the woman who took my payment, “I have no idea what they were doing.” I spent over $1200 and will never be coming back. The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. More
