This is the worst service department we have ever dealt with. I don’t usually leave reviews but after the horrific ordeal we have been through with this dealership I felt it necessary to share our experien with. I don’t usually leave reviews but after the horrific ordeal we have been through with this dealership I felt it necessary to share our experience. My son leased a brand new Jeep Compass in May 2024. In July, all the climate controls in his brand new car stopped working. He had no AC, no heat and no defroster. We brought the car in to be checked. After having the car for 5 days we were told that there was nothing wrong with the car and that my son was using the climate settings on automatic which he shouldn’t be doing. Made no sense to us, why is there an auto setting if using it causes the climate controls to not work? Anyway, on the way home from picking up the car and “being shown the correct way” to set it, it stopped working again. So we went back. This went on for 3 months bringing the car in and leaving it and on the way home or the next day it would happen again. The car was brought in at least 8 times for this issue. The final time we were called in to the service area where the service manager, customer relations person or who actually knows what this Maria person does and our service advisor Brendan actually stood there and accused us of opening up the center console and ripping the wires out and that it was going to void our warranty and that was why it was not working. From the first time we brought the car in, all Brendan cared about was the survey that he wanted us to give him. Had he cared as much about making sure our car got fixed he would have gotten a good survey. Well here’s your survey Brendan, you and your service department all suck and we will never buy another car from you people ever again. The car was declared a lemon by NYS despite you all blaming us for the piece of crap car that you sold us. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. More

Held my vehicle for warranty work over 35 days. This was completely unacceptable. Communication was minimal if at all some weeks. I had to call to receive updates. No one ever called to update me.
