My service advisor was Kevin Bishop. After I got checked in Kevin discussed my reason for being there and what was being done. I needed a new battery but during the testing another probl After I got checked in Kevin discussed my reason for being there and what was being done. I needed a new battery but during the testing another problem was found. Kevin explained the problem and the cost involved and whether or not to make the repair. Even with the added issue I was still done very quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment Kevin was able to get my car repaired. I appreciate his efforts. More
