Had my Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced per safety recall J14. The seat heater modification was completed at no cost to me. Invoice number CHCS40710. I checked the work completed and discovered that the J14. The seat heater modification was completed at no cost to me. Invoice number CHCS40710. I checked the work completed and discovered that the seat heater switches Hi/Low did not light. I brought this to the service advisors attention and he gave me a estimate to repair for $204. To my recollection the switch indication worked prior to the service modification. The service invoice CHCS40710 makes no reference that the seat heater switch indicators did not work prior to service. The service advisor M. Celentano did not offer to make the repair.
