I have a 06 grand Cherokee. We moved to Rockland 2 years ago. I went to the dealer for a routine “tune up” as I hadn’t had one for some time. I knew I needed to get done what ever needed to be done so I was ago. I went to the dealer for a routine “tune up” as I hadn’t had one for some time. I knew I needed to get done what ever needed to be done so I was expecting a big hit. To my surprise, I was told I only need an oil change and some filters and the whole bill was under $100.00. Knowing that I was expecting to spend a lot (which I told the service man) and to have him be “honest” was amazing. I was sold. Since that day, I feel I have become friends with Andres, as he has taken are of me in a variety of situations. And to show my gratitude I have brought My mothers car, (06 Liberty), my sister-in-laws car (02 CRV), my nephews (07 scion tc), and my mother-in-laws car (01 Eleantra). Because of the excellent service I have received it has lead to other things within the dealer ship. Both my mother and I bought out our leases through Rockland and I purchased my extended warranty via the service dept. I tell anyone that will listen about this dealer. They are professional, clean, they do quality work and most importantly they are honest. I have recently purchased a 95 Acura which needs a lot of work, and I will not let anyone do it but these guys. I can’t say enough good things. I once had my car towed from long beach long island and paid over $400.00 for the tow just because I wouldn’t want anyone else touching my car. I highly recommend this dealer, as there service department is by far the best I have ever been to. Go in and see Andres and tell him Mike sent you. Either way, he will take great care of you! More
Had my Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced per safety recall J14. The seat heater modification was completed at no cost to me. Invoice number CHCS40710. I checked the work completed and discovered that the J14. The seat heater modification was completed at no cost to me. Invoice number CHCS40710. I checked the work completed and discovered that the seat heater switches Hi/Low did not light. I brought this to the service advisors attention and he gave me a estimate to repair for $204. To my recollection the switch indication worked prior to the service modification. The service invoice CHCS40710 makes no reference that the seat heater switch indicators did not work prior to service. The service advisor M. Celentano did not offer to make the repair. The switches are directly related to the recall repair. More
