Best yet I had some serious problems with my '99 Dodge Caravan from a recent accident. Lots of damage to the front end brakes and suspension on the right side I had some serious problems with my '99 Dodge Caravan from a recent accident. Lots of damage to the front end brakes and suspension on the right side of my vehicle. Had parts replaced at another garage and not done well. Brakes started to lock on me. The service manager, Tom Biggie, who took charge of my vehicle showed me what was going on with the front brakes and just what I needed to solve the problems. Tom was friendly and knowledgeable and reassuring that the repair was necessary and would ensure my safety in the future. He is a credit to Chrysler's service department and it was a pleasure working with him. More

Disrespectful Went in for express lube (as advertised) as I always have over the last 4 + years. Water leaking in roof of car This is the 7th car we have bought or leased from Rock CJ. We started to notice water coming in through the roof when it rained. We set up an appt and This is the 7th car we have bought or leased from Rock CJ. We started to notice water coming in through the roof when it rained. We set up an appt and they kept the car for about 5 days (ovr weekend). They gave us a very nice jeep wrangler courtesy car. They performed water tests on the sunroof and confirmed it was not draining properly. They changed the seal and fixed the leak. So far... so good. This was a headache but they helped fix the issue with minimal inconvenience. all was covered under warranty. Would definitely recommend this dealership! More
