I love this service dept but I come from yonkers had an appointment and had to wait for seven and a half hours for my car to be repaired. I was not offered a loaner car so I was not happy having to wait th appointment and had to wait for seven and a half hours for my car to be repaired. I was not offered a loaner car so I was not happy having to wait this long thats ridiculous! Otherwise that is my only complaint. They should make better accommodations for customers who travel a long distance to get their vehicle repaired. More
My car sat there for one week and then I was told to come pick it up that it was ready the only thing that you did is put a new battery and change the oil none of the issues with the car was fixed so I had t pick it up that it was ready the only thing that you did is put a new battery and change the oil none of the issues with the car was fixed so I had to find a A ride home which was Monday morning and I still have not heard anything about my car yet so if I am happy the answer is no but I recommend you know I would not all I know is I received a bill for $650 which I paid before I knew my car wasn’t fixed so I sit here and wait for a call To see what is wrong with my car More
